On Thursday, May 28, 2026, the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University, together with the Graduate Students Union of Mahidol University, organized the “No Cigs, No Sick” Smoking Prevention and Awareness Activity at the connecting area between Building A and Building B, Mahidol University International College.
The activity was organized to promote awareness of the harmful effects of smoking and e-cigarettes, while encouraging understanding of smoking reduction and cessation approaches through an Active Learning process that integrated health-related knowledge with interactive and participatory activities.
During the event, participants rotated through four learning stations, including: Station 1 “Did You Know? The Hidden Dangers of Smoking,” Station 2 “Strong Lungs Against Smoking,” Station 3 “Thai Herbal Approaches for Reducing and Quitting Smoking,” and Station 4 “What Do You Think?” The activities aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge, understanding, and health awareness, while encouraging greater recognition of the impacts of smoking and e-cigarettes on both personal health and society. The event attracted a total of 138 participants across all learning stations.
