On Saturday, September 20, 2025, the Faculty of Graduate Studies (MUGR), Mahidol University, organized the “Orientation for International Postgraduate Students 2025” at Room 217, Sirividhaya Building, 2nd Floor, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
The event began with a video introduction to Mahidol University, featuring Welcoming Remarks by Prof. Piyamitr Sritara, MD, FRCP, FACP, President of Mahidol University. This was followed by Greeting Messages and the Dean’s Talk on the topic “AIxU: Smart & Learning Happier Journey” delivered by Prof. Dr. Chartchalerm Isarankura-Na-Ayudhya, Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies. Students also gained valuable knowledge from a series of presentations on “Strategies for Academic Success” and “Student Welfare, Benefits, Services, and Soft Skills”, which equipped and prepared them for their academic journey at Mahidol University.
A key highlight was the MUGR Student Insights Talk: “The Happiness Journey – How to be a Successful Student, Enjoy Your Life & Learning”, where current postgraduate students shared their experiences and perspectives on student life at Mahidol University. The orientation concluded with the Lucky Newbie Draw, which brought a lively and memorable close to the event.
On this occasion, the administrative team of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, together with administrators from various esteemed faculties and institutes of Mahidol University, joined the orientation to extend a warm welcome to all new international students. Approximately 150 participants attended the event.
