On Friday, 10 April 2026, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sineewanlaya Wichit, Deputy Dean for International Relations, Networking Development and Student Affairs, Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University, delivered the opening remarks at Myanmar Thingyan 2026, held at the activity space beside the Mahidol University Library and Knowledge Center, Salaya Campus.
The event was organized by a community of postgraduate Myanmar students at Mahidol University to celebrate Thingyan, one of the most important traditional festivals of Myanmar. The celebration provided a meaningful platform to share cultural traditions, bringing together Myanmar and international students in a spirit of cultural exchange, unity, and mutual understanding.
This activity highlights the Faculty of Graduate Studies’ commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive academic community, where cultural diversity is valued and meaningful connections among students are encouraged.
